In addition to developing HACCP plans, conducting HACCP training and conducting HACCP audits, Surefish offers general HACCP consulting services. We can assist you with general questions regarding hazard analysis, critical limits, operations limits, verification and validation, etc. If you currently have a working HACCP plan, Surefish can help you to add additional products, or review your plan to evaluate its compliance with all current FDA requirements. For companies dealing with allergen issues, we can help develop an allergen program that meets both the FDA’s and your customers’ requirements. If your firm received a FDA Warning Letter, or a 483 Form as a result of an inspection, we can assist you in correcting the deficiencies noted by the FDA. Our HACCP services can be customized to meet your company’s requirements.

Government Liaison

Let Surefish help you with the FDA. For foreign processors that have been placed on one of the FDA’s Import Alerts, we can act as a liaison with the FDA to determine what needs to be done to be removed from the Alert and help the company decide how it is best done, in order to be both cost effective and comply with the requirements. We can also act as a liaison for domestic companies that are having difficulties meeting FDA requirements (as stated above).
